USER-GENERATED CONTENT SAFETY & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
1. OUR APPROACH
tntyGo is built to help people discover, connect, travel, share experiences, communicate with businesses and participate in communities.
To keep these experiences useful, welcoming and safe, everyone who creates, publishes, sends or shares content through tntyGo must follow these standards.
These standards apply, where relevant, to:
• Moments, posts and media;
• Oasis communities;
• comments and replies;
• reviews and ratings;
• profiles and profile content;
• Chatter and other user-to-user or user-to-business communications;
• business-generated public content;
• usernames, descriptions, links and other submitted material.
These standards supplement the tntyGo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. RESPECT PEOPLE
Do not use tntyGo to threaten, harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, humiliate or target another person.
Content or conduct that promotes hatred, dehumanisation, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
Credible threats of violence or content presenting an imminent risk to someone’s safety may result in immediate restriction and, where appropriate, escalation to relevant authorities.
3. PROTECT CHILDREN
tntyGo does not permit sexual exploitation, grooming, solicitation or endangerment of minors.
Child sexual abuse material or other exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Where required or appropriate, tntyGo may preserve and report relevant information to competent authorities or legally designated organisations.
4. SEXUAL AND EXPLICIT CONTENT
Pornographic content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexually explicit content prohibited by applicable law or platform rules are not permitted.
Content involving sexual coercion, exploitation or minors is strictly prohibited.
5. VIOLENCE AND DANGEROUS ACTIVITY
Do not use tntyGo to promote, coordinate or credibly threaten unlawful violence or serious physical harm.
Content that glorifies or encourages terrorism, violent extremism or serious criminal activity is prohibited.
Travel, documentary, educational or newsworthy material may be evaluated in context.
6. FRAUD, DECEPTION AND IMPERSONATION
Do not:
• impersonate another person, business, government entity or organization;
• create fraudulent business or professional identities;
• publish materially deceptive travel offers;
• conduct scams or phishing;
• manipulate users into transferring money or credentials;
• submit fraudulent reviews;
• deliberately misrepresent affiliations, qualifications or authority.
tntyGo may use identity, business, organisation and risk-verification mechanisms to protect the platform.
7. SPAM AND MANIPULATION
Do not use tntyGo for:
• repetitive or unsolicited spam;
• artificial engagement manipulation;
• coordinated fake reviews;
• malicious automation;
• deceptive promotional activity;
• distribution of malware or harmful links.
Commercial and sponsored content must comply with applicable tntyGo advertising and disclosure requirements.
8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not publish another person’s highly sensitive personal information without lawful authority or appropriate permission.
Do not use tntyGo to dox, stalk or facilitate unauthorised access to private information.
Private Chatter communications are not made available to Business Jin merely because a user communicates with a business.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Only upload or share content you have the right to use.
Do not knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
Rights holders may contact tntyGo through our Support channels regarding allegedly infringing material.
10. REVIEWS
Reviews should reflect genuine eligible experiences.
tntyGo may restrict reviews to users with eligible completed reservations, bookings or experiences where that verification is supported.
The following are prohibited:
• fabricated reviews;
• duplicate reviews for the same eligible experience where only one is permitted;
• undisclosed manipulation;
• coercion or retaliation intended to improperly alter a review;
• content unrelated to the reviewed experience.
Businesses may respond to eligible reviews where supported but may not alter the traveler’s review.
11. BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS
Businesses and professional users must accurately represent their identity, services, authority and offerings.
Verification status must not be fabricated or misrepresented.
Businesses must not use private customer information for unauthorised purposes.
12. REPORTING CONTENT OR USERS
Where reporting controls are available, users may report content, accounts or behaviour they believe violates these standards.
Reports should identify the relevant content, account or conduct and the reason for concern.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular enforcement outcome.
Knowingly abusing reporting systems may itself result in restrictions.
13. BLOCKING
Where blocking functionality is available, users may block other accounts.
tntyGo will apply blocking boundaries to supported interactions and visibility in accordance with the product’s functionality and legitimate safety, transaction, legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Blocking does not necessarily erase historical transactions, legal records or content that must remain available for legitimate purposes.
14. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Depending on the nature, severity, context and history of a violation, tntyGo may take actions including:
• reducing visibility;
• removing or restricting content;
• limiting features;
• restricting communications;
• issuing warnings;
• suspending an account;
• terminating an account;
• restricting a business or organisation;
• preserving information where legally required;
• escalating serious safety or legal matters where appropriate.
tntyGo may consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, risk of harm and applicable law when making enforcement decisions.
15. APPEALS AND SUPPORT
Where appropriate, users may contact tntyGo Support regarding moderation decisions or account restrictions.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision.
We may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate an appeal or protect account security.
16. EMERGENCIES
tntyGo is not an emergency service.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
17. CHANGES TO THESE STANDARDS
We may update these standards as tntyGo evolves, as new safety risks emerge or as legal and platform requirements change.
The current version will be made available through tntyGo or our public website.
