Delete Your tntyGo Account

tntyGo gives you control over your account and personal information.

You may request permanent deletion of your tntyGo account and associated personal data at any time, subject to limited retention where required or permitted by law.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE TNTYGO APP.

If you can access your tntyGo account:

  1. Open tntyGo.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Account & Privacy.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Complete the required identity verification.
  6. Review the deletion information.
  7. Confirm Delete My Account.

For your security, tntyGo may require you to reauthenticate before accepting a deletion request.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE APP.

If you no longer have access to the tntyGo app, you can initiate account deletion securely from this page.

To protect your account from unauthorised deletion:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your tntyGo account.
  2. If an eligible account exists, tntyGo will send secure verification instructions to that address.
  3. Follow the short-lived verification link or code.
  4. Review the deletion information.
  5. Confirm your account deletion request.

For privacy and security, tntyGo does not confirm whether an account exists for an email address before ownership has been verified.

Verification links and codes are limited in duration and may only be used once.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REQUEST DELETION

After a valid deletion request is verified and confirmed, tntyGo will begin processing deletion or anonymisation of personal information associated with your account in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you used tntyGo, this may include:

  • account and profile information;
  • saved travel preferences and personalisation data;
  • trips, saved places and account-linked travel information;
  • Moments and account-linked media;
  • community and Oasis participation;
  • account-linked communications and preferences;
  • account-linked reviews and contributions;
  • connected-service information;
  • advertising, analytics and notification identifiers where applicable; and
  • other personal information associated with your tntyGo account.

PUBLIC AND SHARED CONTENT

Some content may have been shared publicly, with businesses, with communities or with other users.

Where appropriate, such information may be deleted, anonymised, de-identified or disassociated from your personal account rather than removed from every historical context.

We will handle this information in accordance with applicable law, our Privacy Policy and the rights and safety of other users.

INFORMATION WE MAY RETAIN

Account deletion does not necessarily mean that every record can or should be deleted immediately.

tntyGo may retain limited information where reasonably necessary and legally permitted or required for:

  • legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations;
  • completed or disputed bookings and transactions;
  • fraud prevention and abuse detection;
  • security and protection of users, businesses, tntyGo and third parties;
  • refunds, chargebacks, disputes and investigations;
  • enforcement of agreements;
  • establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; and
  • records demonstrating that a privacy or deletion request was received and processed.

Any information retained for these purposes will remain subject to appropriate safeguards and will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose or legal requirement.

BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT AND ORGANISATION ACCOUNTS

If your personal account is associated with a business, organisation, destination, government entity or other professional workspace, deleting your personal account does not automatically delete that legal entity, its public listing, business records, transaction records or organisation-owned content.

If you are the only required owner or administrator of a workspace, tntyGo may require you to transfer or otherwise resolve administrative responsibility before deletion of your personal account can be completed.

Your personal access to those workspaces will be removed as part of the deletion process.

BOOKINGS, TRANSACTIONS AND REVIEWS

Records relating to completed bookings, transactions, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or legal obligations may be retained where necessary.

Reviews and other contributions may be deleted, anonymized or disassociated from your personal account where appropriate.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Where third-party service providers process personal information on behalf of tntyGo, we will take appropriate steps to propagate applicable deletion or anonymization requests in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations and our data-processing arrangements.

Independent third parties may separately retain information under their own legal obligations or privacy policies.

PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST

tntyGo processes verified account deletion requests without unreasonable delay and within applicable legal requirements.

If additional information or action is necessary to complete your request, we will contact you using verified account contact information.
