Effective Date: September 12, 2026
Last Updated: September 12, 2026

tntyGo Inc. (“tntyGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, retain, and delete information when you use the tntyGo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

tntyGo connects travellers, travel partners, and destination or public-sector organisations in one travel ecosystem.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use tntyGo and the features you choose, we may collect:

Account and profile information. This may include your name, email address, profile information, account type, profile photo, preferences, and authentication information.

Travel and activity information. This may include trips, destinations, travel history or Atlas information you choose to provide, saved places, itineraries, reservations, travel preferences, and interactions with travel-related content.

Business and partner information. If you use tntyGo as a business or travel partner, we may process business profile information, property or service information, availability, policies, business contacts, verification information, and information necessary to manage your presence on tntyGo.

Content and communications. We may process content you create or upload, including posts, comments, replies, photos, messages, and other content submitted through the Services.

Location information. Some tntyGo features may use location information when you choose to enable them and grant the required device permission. The availability and precision of location features may depend on your device settings and the particular feature you use.

Booking and transaction information. When booking, reservation, wallet, or payment functionality is available and used, we may process information necessary to facilitate the transaction, such as booking details, transaction status, amount, currency, and related records. Payment credentials may be processed by authorized payment providers rather than stored directly by tntyGo.

Verification and safety information. Where verification or safety features are used, we may process information needed to verify accounts or businesses, prevent fraud, protect users, investigate misuse, and maintain the security of the Services.

Device and technical information. We may collect information such as device type, operating system, application version, IP address, diagnostic information, security events, and information necessary to operate and protect the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and manage accounts;
  • provide and personalise tntyGo;
  • operate travel, community, business, reservation, communication, and related features;
  • provide requested AI-assisted functionality;
  • process and maintain transaction and reservation records;

3. Jin and AI-Assisted Features

tntyGo may provide AI-assisted functionality through Jin.

When you intentionally use an AI feature, information necessary to respond to your request may be processed by tntyGo and, where applicable, approved technology providers supporting that functionality.

AI features may provide suggestions or assistance, but consequential actions such as reservations, bookings, cancellations, payments, privacy changes, or other significant actions may require explicit user confirmation before execution.

We do not represent AI-generated information as guaranteed to be accurate. Users should review important travel, financial, booking, or other consequential information before acting on it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information when necessary to provide the Services, including to:

  • service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, AI functionality, payments, or other technical operations;
  • travel partners or service providers when necessary to complete an action or service you request;
  • authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; and
  • a successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

We require service providers to handle personal information consistently with applicable privacy and security requirements.

5. Public and Private Information

Some tntyGo features are designed for public or community interaction.

Information you choose to publish publicly may be visible to other users or visitors according to the privacy controls available for that feature.

Private information is not made public merely because you maintain a tntyGo account. You are responsible for choosing appropriate privacy settings and deciding what information you publish.

6. Permissions and Your Choices

Certain features may request device permissions, such as access to location, photos, camera, or notifications.

Where required, tntyGo will request permission before accessing these device capabilities. You may manage device permissions through your device settings.

Disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from functioning.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining legitimate business and transaction records, preventing fraud and abuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, we may delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your tntyGo account and associated personal information through the account deletion functionality provided by tntyGo or through our web-based account deletion process.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial or transaction obligations, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Information that must be retained will no longer be used for unrelated purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No electronic system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

tntyGo is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorisation where required by law. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Additional age requirements may apply to particular features or jurisdictions.

11. International Users

tntyGo may operate across multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country in which you reside.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact us using the information below.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

13. Third-Party Services

tntyGo may contain links to or interact with services provided by third parties.

Their handling of information may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies when using third-party services.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as tntyGo develops or when legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
