tntyGo Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 12, 2026
Last Updated: September 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the tntyGo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by tntyGo Inc. (“tntyGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About tntyGo

tntyGo is a travel technology platform designed to connect travellers, travel-related businesses and service providers, and destination or public-sector participants within one ecosystem.

Depending on availability, account type, location, and stage of product development, the Services may include travel discovery and planning, social and community features, business and property pages, messaging, artificial-intelligence-assisted features, reservations or booking functionality, and other travel-related services.

Some features may not be available in every country, for every user, or at all times.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and must keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from circumstances for which tntyGo is legally responsible.

tntyGo may support different account or access types, including Traveller, Partner/Business, and Public Board experiences. Certain users may have access to more than one experience.

Guest users may browse portions of the Services without creating an account. Features involving actions such as posting, commenting, messaging, booking, managing a business, or other account-dependent activity may require registration or authentication.

3. Businesses and Service Providers

Businesses and other service providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, inventory, availability, pricing, policies, photographs, descriptions, services, and other material they provide through tntyGo.

Verification or other status indicators displayed by tntyGo are intended to provide additional trust signals but do not constitute a guarantee of the quality, safety, legality, financial condition, or performance of a provider.

Providers are responsible for holding licences, registrations, permits, insurance, and other authorisations required for their activities.

4. Reservations and Bookings

Where booking or reservation functionality is available, tntyGo may facilitate transactions or communications between users and independent travel or hospitality providers.

Before a consequential reservation or booking is submitted, users will be given an opportunity to review relevant information and confirm the action.

Prices, taxes, fees, availability, cancellation conditions, refund rules, and other material terms may originate from the applicable provider or booking source and may change before confirmation.

The final terms presented at confirmation govern the applicable reservation or transaction.

5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, modification, no-show, and refund conditions may vary according to the provider, rate, service, and booking.

Users should review the applicable conditions before confirming a reservation.

Where tntyGo facilitates a cancellation or modification request, the applicable provider’s rules and any mandatory legal rights will continue to apply.

tntyGo will not intentionally submit a cancellation or other consequential booking action on a user’s behalf without the confirmation required by the applicable tntyGo workflow.

6. Jin and Artificial Intelligence

tntyGo may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted features, including Jin.

Jin may assist users with discovery, organization, recommendations, explanations, planning, and proposed actions. AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and should not be treated as a guaranteed source of factual, legal, medical, financial, safety, immigration, visa, or other professional advice.

Where Jin proposes a consequential action such as making, changing, or cancelling a reservation, initiating a payment-related action, changing material privacy settings, or performing another action designated by tntyGo as requiring confirmation, the user must explicitly confirm the action before execution.

Users remain responsible for reviewing important details before confirmation.

7. User Content and Oasis

The Services may allow users to create or share content, including posts, photographs, videos, reviews, comments, messages, travel information, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By making User Content available through portions of tntyGo intended for sharing, you grant tntyGo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services, subject to your privacy settings and applicable law.

You must have the necessary rights to content you upload.

8. Community Safety and Prohibited Conduct

You may not use tntyGo to:

  • harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or deceive others;
  • publish illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or seriously harmful content;
  • violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • create fraudulent accounts, listings, reviews, bookings, or transactions;
  • distribute malware, spam, scams, or deceptive material;
  • manipulate platform metrics or trust systems;
  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data; or
  • use the Services for unlawful purposes.

tntyGo may provide tools to report content, users, businesses, or activity and to block other users.

We may investigate reported content and restrict or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.

9. Chatter and Communications

tntyGo may provide messaging or communication features, including Chatter.

Users are responsible for communications they send through these features. Users must not use communication tools for harassment, fraud, spam, unlawful solicitation, or other prohibited conduct.

Private communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Location and Travel Information

Certain tntyGo features may use location information when the user grants the necessary permission.

Travel information, maps, routes, transportation schedules, weather, availability, operational updates, and similar information may originate from users, businesses, public sources, or third-party providers.

Such information can change quickly. Users should verify time-sensitive or safety-critical information with the appropriate authoritative provider before relying on it.

11. Payments

Where payment functionality is made available, payment processing may be provided by tntyGo and/or authorised third-party payment or financial-service providers, depending on the transaction and jurisdiction.

Before confirming a payment, users should review the amount, currency, recipient, applicable fees, refund or cancellation terms, and other material transaction information presented to them.

Nothing in these Terms represents that a payment, wallet, token, settlement, or financial feature is available until that functionality has actually been enabled for the applicable user and jurisdiction.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Services—including tntyGo branding, software, interface elements, designs, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials—are owned by or licensed to tntyGo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of tntyGo intellectual property to users.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or provide information from independent businesses, transportation companies, accommodation providers, maps, payment providers, websites, or other third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

tntyGo is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law, but nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using tntyGo at any time and may request deletion of their account through the mechanisms provided by the Services.

tntyGo may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or risks to users or the platform.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

15. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request permanent deletion of their tntyGo account.

Account deletion removes associated personal data except information that tntyGo is legally permitted or required to retain, such as information necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or establishment or defence of legal claims.

More information is available on our Delete Your tntyGo Account page and in our Privacy Policy.

16. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by the tntyGo Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand the categories of information we process, why we process them, how information may be shared, retention practices, and your privacy rights.

17. Availability and Changes to the Services

We work to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may be introduced, changed, restricted, or discontinued as the platform develops. Material changes affecting users’ rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

tntyGo does not guarantee that every business, traveller, listing, review, recommendation, AI output, price, availability statement, route, or other third-party or user-supplied information will always be accurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tntyGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from circumstances outside tntyGo’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services, applicable laws, or our business practices evolve.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law.

Continued use of the Services after an update will have the effect provided under applicable law.
