tntyGo Inc. (“tntyGo,” “we,” “us”, or “our”) believes that meaningful travel experiences and meaningful privacy choices should work together.
This Privacy Choices page provides a central place to understand and exercise choices relating to your personal information and your tntyGo account.
Access Your Information
You may request access to personal information associated with your tntyGo account, subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification.
To submit an access request, contact us at tntygo@tntygo.com with the subject line “Data Access Request”.
Please contact us from the email address associated with your tntyGo account whenever possible. We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account.
Correct Your Information
You may update certain account and profile information directly through tntyGo where those controls are available.
If information cannot be corrected through your account, contact tntygo@tntygo.com with the subject line “Data Correction Request”.
Personalisation and Recommendations
tntyGo may use information such as your interactions, preferences, travel interests, saved content, communities, bookings, searches, and location where permitted to personalise travel discovery, recommendations, content, services, and other experiences.
Where controls are available, you may manage personalisation choices through Settings → Account & Privacy in the tntyGo app.
Advertising Choices
tntyGo may provide advertising, sponsored content, promoted businesses, offers, or other commercial experiences.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, tntyGo will provide appropriate notices, choices, and consent mechanisms for personalised advertising or tracking.
tntyGo does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Available advertising and privacy controls may vary depending on your location, device, platform, and the services enabled in your version of tntyGo.
Location Choices
Some tntyGo features may use location information to provide nearby discovery, travel recommendations, relevant businesses, experiences, navigation-related functionality, safety or security functionality, or other location-aware services.
You can manage device-level location permissions through your device settings. Where available, tntyGo may also provide additional location controls within the app.
Denying or limiting location access may affect features that depend on location.
Communications
You may manage available communication preferences for marketing emails, notifications, and other optional communications.
Transactional, account, security, booking, legal, or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to provide the service or protect your account.
Connected Services
Where tntyGo allows you to connect third-party accounts or services, you may be able to disconnect them through tntyGo or through the relevant third-party service.
Disconnecting a service does not necessarily delete information previously processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy or the third party’s applicable policies.
DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You may request permanent deletion of your tntyGo account and associated personal information.
If you can access your account, use:
Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account
If you no longer have access to the tntyGo app, you may initiate account deletion through our secure web-based deletion process:
The web process verifies ownership of the email address associated with the account before a deletion request can be confirmed.
You do not need to reinstall the tntyGo app to use the web-based deletion pathway.
Account deletion is subject to appropriate identity verification and limited retention where information must or may lawfully be retained for purposes such as legal compliance, transaction records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, enforcement of agreements, protection of users or tntyGo, and establishment or defense of legal claims.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights concerning your personal information.
